Technical assistance in rehabbing existing facilities is available.

Accessibility Surveys for New Construction:

Guidelines are available for new construction to plan for various needs that people with disabilities might have. New construction guidelines are available for single family housing, multi-family housing, medical offices, public facilities, recreational facilities, and small businesses. Suggestions for accessibility are provided based on ADAAG and Access Board guidelines. Technical assistance for rehabilitation facilities are available.
