Attendant Registry

The Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Attendant Registry is designed to help consumers of the CDS program find area attendants to help care for their needs in their home.  If you are a CDS consumer of TILC, you can use this resource to hire new attendants or find backup attendants.  If you are not a consumer of TILC but are interested in receiving attendant care, contact the CDS program at cdsprogram@ilcenter.info or 417-659-8086.  If you are an attendant that needs to update your information or if you are interested in becoming an attendant, contact us at attendantinfo@ilcenter.info or 417-659-8086. 

Consumers and attendants can also view attendant background checks online at the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry.  The attendant name and social security number is required to view the background check.

You can view any of the following attendant registries to find new attendants or backup attendants.  The registries are updated monthly.
