Blind and Low-Vision Advocacy and Support

Chip Hailey, Intake Specialist and Blind Advocate, provides one-on-one blindness advocacy, equipment demonstrations for individuals who are blind or have low-vision, and targeted information and referral.

If you are blind and were affected by the May 22nd tornado, contact Stephanie or Chip at TILC for assistance. TILC received a grant from the Missouri Council of the Blind to assist people impacted by the tornado. Call 417-659-8086.
