TILC staff--Chip Hailey, Dan Rife, and Susan Means--begin a day participating in the legislative process at the Missouri State Capitol. 

Legislative Resources

The Independent Living Center is committed to providing the community with important legislative information affecting people with disabilties.  TILC hopes this information makes individuals more aware of state and federal decisions that affect them. 

Missouri State Legislative Resources

Visit the
Governor's Council on Disabilities legislative information page for updates on legislation that impacts people with disabilities.

Visit the Missouri General Assembly website to look up specific pieces of legislation as well as find information about hearing times and locations. 

The
Missouri House of Representatives website has biographical and legislative information for all current representatives.

The Missouri Senate website has contact information for all current state senators and information on the legislation they are working on.  

The Missouri State Government website has resources on all the governmental offices in Missouri as well as resources about Missouri laws. 

The Missouri Budget Project is a non-partisan organization that analyzes and informs the public on important budgetary issues and policies.
