* TBI support group meets April 13th at 2pm at the TILC office.

* The next womans social event will be April 28th at 2pm at the TILC office.

* TBI Social Event April 29th at 2pm, meet at the TILC office.

* Reduced rate transportation to Webb City's Farmer's Market Friday, April 30th.

The Spinal Cord Injury Information Network--This is a great resource with medical and psychologial information, equipment tips, research updates and links to national organizations.

The Spinal Cord Injury Resource Center--This site includes a Spinal Cord 101 tutorial, tips for dealing with rehab, and survivor and family chat rooms and message boards.

Model Spinal Cord Injury Systems Knowledge Center--Based out of the University of Washington, this site includes medical information related to spinal cord injuries and links to other resources for medical information.

The National Spinal Cord Injury Associaton--This site includes a massive A-Z Resource List for SCI, a peer support network, and the SCI Life Newspaper.  Toll free helpline: 800-962-9629.

The Paralyzed Veterans of America--This site is a wealth of information, resources and guidebooks for people with paralysis, whether they are Veterans or not.  Hanbooks and manuals for individuals and practioners are available free online.
